Many of these children are without parents at this time and are forced to care not only for themselves, but for their sibblings as well. We became aware of this situation because of a ministry in Nairobi, Kenya, which was founded by Pastor Patrick & Atlight Kimawachi. Presently they care for 72 children and most of the people live in the slum area. They named the ministry Kibera Slum Ministry. There are one million people living in that area and many die daily leaving their children behind to care for themselves. Yes, there are many, many more but at this time we will focus on this area along with other's in time.
